Frequently Asked Questions
What information is needed to start designing?
Functional assumptions, technical requirements, preliminary documentation (if any), and cost expectations are sufficient. Together, we fill in the missing data.
Do you also design injection molds?
Yes, Biazet has its own tool shop. We develop both the component and the tool, and then perform testing and optimization.
Can you optimize the client's existing project?
Yes. We produce DFM/DFA, analyze costs, tolerances, cycle times, and offer design and material improvements.
Do you make prototypes?
Yes -we offer 3D printing, CNC prototyping, silicone molds, trial aluminum molds, and short series for functional inspection and testing.
Do you also develop electronic devices?
We design enclosures, mechanics, components and integration – and we can implement electronics in collaboration with partners or a team of clients.
Can the project be transferred directly to production in Biazet?
Yes – we design with serial production in mind. We ensure a smooth transition from design to tooling and assembly. We also manage project transfers from other locations to Biazet.
Can we sign an NDA at the beginning of negotiations?
Of course, we sign the NDA even before the first data exchange.
