Production of plastic parts
We offer our clients the power of detail that highlights product excellence
We offer our clients the ability to produce plastic components of various sizes. We process a wide range of plastic materials. We operate in a 24-hour production mode.
Ability to produce molds for the client, fast mold repair in case of failure, experienced staff taking care of molds on a daily basis, short lead times for tests and trials with new tooling.
Ability to perform precise measurements, including complex parts. This allows us to deliver reliable inspection data, eliminate the risk of dimensional errors and ensure part conformance with project requirements and quality standards.
At Biazet, we prioritize partnership and full process transparency. We approach every project individually, ensuring quality, timely delivery and cost optimization.

Partnering with Biazet means confidence that every stage - from design to delivery - is carried out with the utmost care. We are not just a manufacturer, but above all a technology partner that understands both industry requirements and client needs.
Full traceability of every component - from raw material to finished product.
We maintain full control over the history of every production batch, quickly identify the source of any non-conformances and effectively manage risk. We meet industry and regulatory requirements, providing clients with confidence in the origin and quality of the delivered components.
3D printing and silicone molds - a fast track to a ready prototype.
We rapidly validate design concepts, accelerate time-to-market, minimize trial production costs and enable early detection of potential design flaws.
Efficient and controlled implementation of technical changes.
We efficiently implement modifications across processes and products, minimize the risk of downtime, maintain compliance with client requirements and optimize costs associated with introduced changes.
End-to-end support in the design, implementation and certification of plastic components.
We shorten time-to-market, optimize product design and functionality, ensure compliance with formal requirements and reduce costs associated with potential reworks at later stages.
Secure storage of client tooling, with fire protection.
We protect critical production tooling from damage, ensure continuity of order fulfillment and minimize the risk of financial losses resulting from downtime.
We process virtually the full spectrum of plastic materials – from the most common, such as ABS and PP, through materials with elevated requirements (such as Tritan or PMMA), to specialized grades: flame-retardant and glass fiber-reinforced plastics.
We are flexible and adapt to client needs. We handle both small trial runs (from a few hundred units) and long-term, recurring production series – with no upper volume limits.
Yes, we design and manufacture injection molds – steel, with high durability and long service life, as well as aluminum, dedicated to prototypes and small production runs. Our in-house tooling facility allows us to maintain full control over quality and delivery timelines.
Quality is built into our production process. We use real-time injection parameter monitoring, which allows us to respond to deviations before non-conformances occur. Every batch undergoes visual inspection, and samples from ongoing production are regularly verified in our measurement laboratory.
We mold both small, precision parts and large housings for home appliances, jugs and industrial components.
Yes, we offer that option. Overmolding and two-component injection molding (2K) technology allows us to produce complex parts – such as a button with a soft, rubber surface embedded in a rigid housing – as a single, inseparable component. This eliminates the need to join components at later production stages.
Our clients come from a wide range of industries. Our partners include manufacturers of home appliances, consumer electronics, tools, medical equipment and lighting, as well as companies from the automotive sector.
