Application Submission
Job postings are published on national and local recruitment portals, specifying the position, requirements, and offered conditions. If you do not see a posting that interests you, you can submit a spontaneous application.

CV Review
Our HR team will check whether you meet the expectations of the position and whether we can offer you satisfactory conditions. If this is the case,we will contact you by phone to schedule a hiring meeting.

Interview
We will arrange a mutually convenient time and meet either at the company headquarters at Generała Andersa 44 in Białystok or online. The interview will include an HR representative and the supervisor of the department you are applying to. In some cases, the process may include an additional recruitment stage.

Response
Each interviewee will receive feedback on the outcome. If we offer employment, you can ask follow-up questions and choose to accept or decline the offer. Upon acceptance, we will invite you to sign the contract, complete formalities, and set your start date. You can count on our support and onboarding, especially during the first weeks of employment.
