What kind of plastics do you use to make a tampo printing? Are there any materials that you have problems with?
We perform high-quality pad printing on all types of plastics – including materials that are difficult to print on, such as PP and PE.
If you have a specific material or requirement, we are happy to assess its feasibility.
How do you protect the seal so that it is really strong?
Print durability starts with proper surface preparation. A precise selection of ink that is chemically compatible with the specific plastic and resistant to factors such as abrasion, UV radiation, oils, and chemicals is crucial. The final step is optimal curing, which ensures prints withstand hundreds of thousands of pressure cycles, intensive use, and harsh environments.
What is the minimum order size?
We produce both prototypes and very small batches (from just a few dozen units), allowing products to be tested before full-scale implementation, as well as medium and large production runs (over one million units).
For prototypes, the key factor is the cost of the mold (plate), but we always strive to find the most cost-effective solution for the client.
What does the order process look like?
We define the technical details and prepare a clear offer for the client.
What are the maximum and minimum print sizes that you can implement?
We carry out printing on items ranging from very small elements – such as symbols on buttons just a few millimeters in size – to surfaces with diagonals of several tens of centimeters.
The main limitation is the geometry of the part and the feasibility of creating a precise printing form. For very large surfaces, we can propose a solution that combines multiple prints.
Do you offer a packaging service for finished printed products?
Yes, we offer various packaging options to protect printed surfaces from scratches during transport and storage. In collaboration with our Purchasing Department, we can provide cartons of any size or other solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
Is it possible to make multi-color printing?
Yes, we specialize in precise multicolor printing. Thanks to advanced machines with micro-adjustment systems, we can apply multiple colors on a single part with perfect alignment.
